Sandy Vilips

As a native of Chicago, and a daughter of Real Estate parents, sales are what Sandy knows best! She has eighteen years of combined sales and communication experience, giving her the knowledge necessary to understand and fulfill the needs of her clients. Her previous experiences as a sales manager at United Parcel Service and her affinity for creating new relationships has helped to make Sandy extremely successful in her real estate career. Over her years as a real estate professional, she has collected many tools and strategies necessary for success, and implements them in every single transaction. Sandy understands that every buyer is unique and that every transaction is different. She does not believe in template selling but really individualizes each of her transactions and puts the needs of her clients above everything else.

Sandy is extremely dedicated, loyal and detail oriented. Her belief is if you work with integrity and remain open to the needs of your client, you will have a customer for life.

Born and raised in the city of Chicago, Sandy is no stranger to the multiple neighborhoods or all they have to offer. Originally from Bucktown, she has lived and been a part of many different city communities. She is a graduate of Lane Tech High School, DePaul University and recently graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a Master's Degree in Education. When she's not busy with clients or school, Sandy loves to take advantage of this great city with her husband and two daughters. She loves fine dining, biking, and salsa and tap dancing. Sandy is an accomplished pianist and is largely involved in her community and her children's school.
