Moshe Abir transitioned into the real estate field after 18 years of experience in the financial private sector, as well as serving as a senior manager in the treasury department of the public sector. He brings with him vast experience in negotiations, customer relations, and a wide range of financial, as well as technical expertise in property management and general construction.

Moshe Abir is a realtor that goes above and beyond. My fiance and I just bought a new construction townhouse with Moshe and couldn't be happier with his service and the end result of the entire process. My first call to Moshe was about a year and half ago. We searched many properties and Moshe was always able to work with the times we had available. He found the right places for us to see, knew exactly what to look for in the homes and what questions we should be asking. We eventually found a new developement of townhouses and wanted to make an offer, but due to complications with the builder we did not. After this disappointment with the builder, we took some time off from looking. However, I received a call from Moshe a few months later informing me that this same builder was now offering a large incentive for upgrades in addition to the new buyer tax credit. We revisted the townhouses and bought one to be completed this last April. We knew that this was the perfect home for us and we are thankful for Moshe's follow up and his help over the entire year and half process. I will certainly refer him to all my friends and family.
