Marco Cesario

Marco joined Dream Town as a real estate consultant. His love for people and his passion for Real Estate are heavily influenced by his father. His father Frank, who migrated to the United States in the early '60s from Italy, has been in Real Estate for over 30 years and has lived the American dream. From Marco's childhood hanging out at his father's business to the day he graduated college, Marco absorbed the same characteristics his father cherished: a love for people and a passion for Real Estate.

Marco graduated from Loyola University of Chicago in 2003 with a Bachelors in Business Administration majoring in Finance. Shortly after graduation, he met is first mentor, James Raymond, from whom he learned Land Acquisitions and Land Development for Residential Real Estate at Brownstone Companies, LLC located in Chicago. Marco was responsible for acquiring land sites for residential and mix-used developments on behalf of Brownstone and affiliated clients. He has qualified and quantified over 200 acres of land in the Greater Chicago Land Area. Marco has experience in market research and analysis, development proformas, managing the due-diligence process, and working with municipalities in the approval process.

Marco has a strong work ethic guided by a firm moral commitment to complete honesty in his personal and business dealings. He has the ability to learn quickly and strives to become better every day. From his days as a Caddy at North Shore Country Club, managing his father's building and bar tending in Lincoln Park, he has learned a high level of detailed, personal service. Marco brings strong attributes in communicating with his clients, high organization skills, and the ability to pay attention to details, which translates into superb service for each buyer and seller.

Marco is a member of Young Real Estate Professionals and Fieri, an international organization celebrating the Italian culture. He is a huge sports fan and an avid soccer player where he plays for Chicago Royal FC in the National Soccer League.

He would do everything in his ability to find time for us, as well as line-up various condos that fit our needs.   I just bought my first apartment in the US with the help from Marco. I randomly got to know Marco by searching properties online, and since I showed interest in buying, he kept sending me new listings and gave me advices according to my budget, preferred areas and other personal preferences. He took me to see those listings, and helped me compare the price with other similar apartments in those areas. He helped me in bidding and negotiation with the seller, also helped me work through all those required steps of home buying, such as finding inspectors/attorney/loan agents. He is quick and patient in answering my questions since I am an inexperienced first time home buyer. I am very satisfied with his work.   Marco was a great agent during every phase of our condo buying experience. In the beginning of our search, he was really good at letting us lead. We already had a list of properties we wanted to see, and we already knew our likes/dislikes, what we wanted and didn't want. However, we also had very strict time constraints. Marco picked all this up very quickly and with only a few days notice, we were able to get all our viewings done that very next weekend! When we got o comparing properties, he was great at asking out opinions and highlighting the pros and cons according to our tastes. Finally, when we decided on a place, Marco was very persistent in helping us secure the property. Closing took a lot longer then expected but we eventually ended up with our first choice condo. Through every step of the way, Marco was great at answering questions (we had a lot), being accessible to us (even after business hours), and following through with everything.
