Felicia Danisor

In addition to her passion for working with people, Felicia brings to Dream Town Realty an expertise in foreign languages, speaking Romanian, French, Italian, and Spanish in addition to English.  She is an accredited translator and interpreter, and holds a degree in law.  Since moving to Chicago, she has spent years becoming intimately familiar with the city’s streets, public transportation systems, and neighborhoods.

Leaving the corporate world behind, Felicia brings to Dream Town Realty her distinct attention to detail and a focus on listening and understanding each client’s unique needs. She is committed to making buying and selling property a stress free and rewarding experience for all her clients.

  The buying experience went smoothly. It was obvious that you helped me proceed with great enthusiasm and caution. I found it particularly helpful the way you assisted in communicating with the staff at Century Tower. You paid close attention to the language that was used in the buying process and you made sure I knew what I was getting into. My only criticism comes from the first condo we viewed: I felt that your enthusiasm might have put too much of a positive spin on the place. After seeing the century tower location, the first location certainly no longer had its shine and the your positive comments suddenly seemed a little exaggerated. All in all it was a fine experience.
