Brian Uhlir

Brian is excited to be part of Dream Town's team. Being a native of Chicago, growing up in the western suburbs, and currently living in Lincoln Park, Brian has extensive knowledge of what makes Chicago one the most desired cities in the world.

All Brian's career experience in the Travel Industry and as a real estate consultant has been centered on making clients feel comfortable during important decisions. He understands every person is different, and values the importance of listening to his clients and finding them exactly what they are looking for. Brian feels one of the most rewarding parts of his job is the excitement of not only finding clients somewhere to live, but to find them their "Dream" home.

When Brian is not working, he values spending time with his entire family, especially his grandfather. His grandfather has heavily influenced him with his passion for real estate, still owning and managing his real estate investments at the age of 90 years old. Brian is a die-hard fan of Chicago sports, and enjoys playing softball and flag football.

Brian is a proud graduate from Illinois State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business.

  I can't imagine meeting a more personable, hard-working, and committed agent as Brian Uhlir from Dream town. Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect, and never would I have imagined that only a week after speaking with Brian for the first time I would already be purchasing a condo, but he really made the whole process that easy. He worked around my schedule, and took an entire day of his to show me almost twenty places. After that day and the countless hours I spent on Dream town's website (by far the best out there), I knew there was one place that stood out above the rest, and I wanted to move quick. Brian made himself available the next day to take me on a second showing of the place. After sitting down with my family, it was 8 P.M. on a Friday night and I called and said I wanted to put an offer in. He met with me that night to talk about it, we had an offer in first thing in the morning, and had a contract signed before the weekend was over. If Brian didn't make himself so available, I am positive I would have lost out on the one place I really wanted.
